Like my clients, I reached a point in midlife where I was ready for more meaning, more purpose, and more joy. I became a certified coach in 2019, and after years of coaching executive women, I coached myself through my own midlife reset. Now, my programs draw on the exact tools, practices, and shifts that helped me feel like myself again. Only stronger, clearer, and more joyful. Together, we take small, brave steps that build lasting clarity, confidence, and momentum, without the pressure of having it all figured out.

Beyond my work, I’m a wife, a mom to two teenagers, and passionate about travel, live music, and humor.
